• Identity: The hotel can make use of Zleep Hotels logo and other name tags for marketing and signage
• Marketing: The hotel's name will be sold and marketed as Zleep Hotel (your town)
• Booking system: The hotel receives bookings through our website: www.zleephotels.com which currently has an average turnover of more than DKK 1 mill. every month
• Central Booking: Assures optimised telephone sale for every hotel.Garanteed understanding of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English language
• Profile: On Zleep Hotels website with hotel description, contact information, photos, map directory and other relevant information
• Exposure: The hotel becomes a part of the general marketing of Zleep Hotels and will be exposed through different electronic channels such as electronic newsletters, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• PR: The hotel will be a part of any press material released about Zleep Hotels as a chain and when relevant for the individual hotel
• Sales department: Sales Managers are employed in Zleep Hotels in order to assure countrywide corporate and leisure agreements/contracts are made and implemented. Currently there are more than 500 corporate agreements
• Purchasing agreements: The hotel will have the benefit of great purchasing agreements which give the hotel certain discounts and bonus. Hereunder can be mentioned; linen, food for the breakfast buffet, written material for internal as well as external use, signage etc.
• Branding: Constant focus and development of the trademark Zleep Hotels and updating the website and smartphone App. All this is taken care of by the Zleep Hotels marketing department
• The future: The hotel will have an agreement with Zleep Hotels which assures you the use of the trademark for 10 years
• Implementing the concept: Zleep Hotels will help in the start up process and with the implementation of the Zleep concept. We can also assist in the training of staff during the opening period and help with the implementation of the booking system
