Growing hotel group recruits Area Manager

Zleep Hotels is expanding. More hands are needed to realize the target to reach 20 hotels in 2020. The fast-growing hotel group has recruited Sanne Færgsted in a newly established position as Area Manager for the hotels on Zealand, Denmark. This is a natural next-step in the development of Zleep Hotels, which will really take off in the near future.

Experienced Area Manager

Sanne Færgsted has recently entered Zleep Hotels in the position as Area Manager with main responsibility of the operations of the Zleep hotels on Zealand, Denmark. Sanne has a business degree and comes from a position as Cinema Manager, where she was overseeing the operations of several cinemas. Furthermore, Sanne has many years’ experience as the Regional Manager of a large Danish restaurant chain, ensuring that she is well-prepared for the new job as Area Manager at Zleep Hotels.

Zleep Hotels has been through an incredible journey, but now we need to further streamline the concept, rise to the occasion, and prove its worth. Meanwhile, we need to continue focusing on the guests’ experience, our employees’ wellbeing, and our core values. We will be busy, and I look forward to it. I will add value to Zleep Hotels through my experience in chain operations, in management, in employee development, and in guest focus. I will, however, need to get used to the fact that a success criterion is that the guests will be sleeping during their visit, but otherwise the experience of the guest isn’t much different between restaurants, the entertainment business, and the hotel world. I look forward to becoming a sparring partner to our talented Hotel Managers and do my part to make sure we reach our goals,” says Sanne Færgsted, Area Manager.

Natural organizational development

Today, Zleep Hotels consists of 9 hotels in Denmark, and a further 5 hotel projects have been confirmed to open in 2019. The group recently established a sister organization, Core Hospitality, a white label operator that is independent of brands, which have another 2 hotels confirmed in the Copenhagen area on Zealand, Denmark. The new position at Zleep Hotels is thus opening at a strategically important time. The Hotel Managers on Zealand will now be given a focused sparring partner, and COO, Per Denker Sørensen, looks forward to the cooperation:
