Hotel chain moves service office

Zleep Hotels has experienced great success in recent years and expect further development in the coming years. The hotel chain is now moving its service office to larger facilities in Høje Taastrup, Copenhagen, that are able to accommodate the company’s expected growth.

More central location

The service office will from now on be found on Dalbergstrøget 5, 1st floor, 2630 Taastrup, right next to Høje Taastrup train station. The new location of the service office offers better infrastructure and is central on Zealand, which is ideal for Zleep Hotels as it is gradually covering more of Denmark.

Modern working environment

Zleep Hotels is moving into newly renovated facilities that are designed specifically for the hotel chain. The new offices contain modern meeting facilities and lounge areas that both colleagues and corporate partners can enjoy. The enthusiastic employees now have a more creative environment, e.g. a social area is available for those who want to enjoy the buzzing of activity; and a test room will be installed so everyone can see what a Zleep Room looks like.

Necessary organizational changes

Till now, the reception at Zleep Hotel Ishøj and the central reservations team has been a single, integrated department. When Zleep Hotels’ service office is moving away from Ishøj, the reservations team will setup a separate booking department. The hotel is assembling a new team consisting of a hotel manager and hosts. Meanwhile, the booking department will be able to improve itself as a service and call center as well as better take care of group reservations.

Our organizational restructuring gives us two much more efficient departments that can focus on more specific areas. We look forward to this division, but of course we will also miss the operations in the reception and the regulars at the hotel. By exclusively focusing on the tasks of the booking department, we can improve both our internal service to colleagues as well as the external service to guests, groups and corporate customers. Furthermore, the booking department will consist of employees that all know the hotels really well, and their competencies will guarantee a consistent service experience,” explains Melanie Santos, Booking Manager at Zleep Hotels.
