1. Cancellation and absence
The cancellation policy depends on the type of reservation that has been made (see FlexPrice and BestPrice below).
A FlexPrice booking can be changed or cancelled until 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card beforehand. Upon arrival, the guest pays for the booking. If the guest does not show up and if the booking has not been cancelled, the price of the first night is withdrawn from the given credit card information. The remaining stays are cancelled and removed from the system automatically.
A BestPrice booking is a prepaid booking, which can neither be changed nor cancelled. It is a binding and non-refundable booking, which is always cheaper than FlexPrice. The price of the booking is charged to the given credit card information as soon as the booking has been received and confirmed. The guest receives a confirmation mail shortly after. 1.3 Hotel offers
If an offercode with a percent discount is used, the stated discount is deducted from the daily FrexPrice. The terms and conditions of a FlexPrice booking are applicable to all offercodes unless something different is stated on the specific offercode’s page. See Zleep Hotels’ offers here.
2. Arrival and departure
Check-in is at 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is not later than 11.00 am. It is possible to contact the reception and request early check-in or late check-out. Both cost an additional DKK 100. Zleep Hotels cannot guarantee that it early check-in or late check-out is available. That is why it is not possible to reserve this beforehand, but only available by request at the hotel.
All Zleep hotels are non-smoking hotels. All smoking is prohibited inside the hotels. If you smoke inside the hotel, you will be charged DKK 1,500 for extra cleaning and an additional DKK 5,000 if you touch the smoke detector.
4. Hyperlinks on the website
Links to websites owned by a third party are present of Zleep Hotels’ website. If these links are used, you leave Zleep Hotels’ website. Zleep has no influence on these pages nor any responsibility of its contents.
5. The guest’s security
The guest is responsible for orienting him- or herself about the whereabouts of emergency exits, fire alarms and fire extinguishers. Fire instructions are available on the inside of every room door.
